Here is how a notice, assessment or appeal matter moves from the day you contact us to the final order.
- Call or e-mail. Call us, or e-mail the notice. Mention the date of the notice and the response date.
- Initial review. We check the type of notice, the deadline and what information is needed, and tell you the scope of work.
- Engagement letter. Scope, fees and responsibilities are agreed in writing before work begins. Fees are fixed per stage and are not linked to the outcome.
- Information and authorisation. You share documents and add us as Authorised Representative on the portal where required.
- Drafting and filing. We prepare the reply or appeal, share it for your review, and file it within time.
- Hearings. We attend personal hearings and video-conference hearings and file written submissions.
- Order review. We explain the order and the options: acceptance, rectification, stay of demand or appeal.
Fees
Every notice is different, so fees are quoted after we see the notice and understand the scope. The quote is given in writing before any work starts. Fees are not contingent on the result of the proceedings.
Confidentiality
Documents you share are used only for your matter. See our Privacy Policy.
